Q. How long will it take to receive my order? What are the delivery charges?
Choose from three shipping options at checkout.
Tip: Save with our FREE Standard Shipping if you do not need your PiMP urgently.
Option 1: FREE Standard Shipping (Usual: $20 per delivery address)
- For a limited period only, enjoy free standard shipping within Singapore.
- Your items will arrive within 5 to 7 days.
Option 2: Express Shipping
- $30 per delivery address within Singapore.
- Your items will arrive within 2 to 4 days.
Option 3: Next-Day Shipping
- $50 per delivery address within Singapore.
- Your items will arrive the next day (order by 5pm today).
All deliveries are by a third-party service and to doorstep at lift level only. Extra charges apply for units not at lift level.
Q. How will you inform me of my delivery date and time?
You will receive a 3-4 hour delivery time slot via SMS at least 1 day before delivery. You must confirm the delivery time slot via SMS reply, otherwise delivery will not occur.
(If that time slot doesn't work for you, simply reply via SMS to let us know. We will arrange an alternative time slot with you via SMS again.)
Q. Can I request for a specific delivery time?
Time slots are routed geographically and subject to traffic conditions beyond our control. Therefore, customers CANNOT request for a specific delivery time.
Q. How will my order be delivered?
For a limited time only, all PiMP bean bags will be delivered pre-filled & ready-to-use at no additional charge (usual pre-filling charge: $25 per bean bag).
Q. Where do you ship?
We only deliver within Singapore for orders through our online shop.
